Gratitude &
Appreciation Protocol

Open the heart, raise the vibration, together
gratitude spoken out loud, in a circle, changes the temperature of a room faster than almost anything.
The Protocol · 5 steps
1
Form a circle
a circle says everyone's voice counts equally. no head of the table, no audience.
2
One genuine thing each
go around. each person names one thing they're grateful for, or appreciates in someone here. specific beats grand.
3
Aim it at the person
appreciation lands when it's aimed. say it to their face, watch it reach them.
4
Let it be felt, not rushed
leave space after each share. the pause is where the feeling settles in.
5
Close on the collective
end by naming something the whole group made possible. gratitude becomes a shared field.
Run it: text one person right now and tell them specifically what you appreciate about them. don't explain why.
“gratitude is the cheapest way to raise the vibration of a room, and the most underused.”
TL;DR   form a circle → one genuine thing each → aim it → let it be felt → close on the collective
