Healing Protocol
A simple protocol for deep rest, healing & integration
a simple sequence for letting sound and vibration do the healing work. nothing to perform, just receive.
The Protocol · 5 steps

Get comfortable and warm
lie down, blanket, eye cover. the deeper the physical ease, the deeper the session goes.
2
Downshift the breath
a few long slow exhales before it starts. you're telling the body it's safe to let go.

Let the vibration land
don't listen for anything. let the sound and buzz move through you wherever they want to go.

Allow whatever arises
emotion, memory, tingles, drifting. all of it is the release happening. don't grab, don't chase.

Integrate slowly
when it ends, stay lying down. breathe. move slowly. let the body keep what it just learned.
Run it: before your next rest, take five long exhales and let your whole body get heavy. that's step one of the protocol.
